She can be found in the Hearthsong Market in the Hearthsong district of Twin Elms, normally. During Hard Bargain, she can be found in her home (the leftmost of the two Glanfathan Homes just to the east of the market).

An elder Glanfathan elf, Alarhi's position in the society of Twin Elms affords her a warrior escort, utterly devoted to her. She is a talented alchemist and healer, greatly respected in the community. As such, Rinatto's slander is quite annoying, especially since she sold him the real herbs. Problem is, the Vailian's staff has gone permanently limp and no amount of healing nor magic will ever make it stand proud again.
