Solid and sturdy, this stylish accoutrement doubles as a serviceable bludgeon for the sophisticated urbanite. The magician Aretezzo, a perennial fixture at the courts of Grand Vailia, infamously bore this implement among polite society. He set it against all who displeased him, including imps, domestics, apprentices, and grandchildren. An untimely swipe at the Duc of Nagnice's brother saw the wizard imprisoned for six months, during which period the cane went missing - likely at the hand of one of his perpetual targets.
