Arthwn is a Glanfathan in Pillars of Eternity. He can be found before the Hall of Warriors in the Elms' Reach district of Twin Elms.

A lanky hunter grooms his stubble, a patched fuzz of blonde hairs, while listening attentively to a young elven woman. She whispers in his reddened ears and giggles. With his head still lowered, he flashes a wide smile in return.
He is a proud member of the Twice-Split Arrows who recently bested Fiorm, of the Keepers of Stone. He claims that he managed to defeat the giant stelgaer during the blood hunt: When they decided to scale the cliffs and attack the beast, it attacked Arthwn, who managed to score a kill without Fiorm's assistance. The success was shameful to Fiorm, who promptly exiled himself.
