Atēpu is a Huana navigator and cartographer that discovered the island of Motare o Kōzi, one of the lost sanctuary isles in the Deadfire Archipelago.
He can be found by the statue of Hylea to the west of the throne room inside Kahanga Palace, in the Serpent's Crown district of Neketaka.
