Avowed bows

Bows are a type of two-handed ranged weapon in Avowed. They shoot moderate to high damage, low Stun projectiles that are affected by gravity, and have a moderate rate of attack. Bows are incredibly silent, and can be used from stealth without alerting nearby enemies.

You cannot Block with a bow equipped, making you vulnerable to attacks while in close-quarters combat.
