Consumables, also generally called food, refer to a variety of items that you consume to gain temporary boosts.

All consumables provide either Health Regeneration, Essence Regeneration, or both, which regenerates a fixed amount of points over time, but only when your Health/Essence is not at maximum. Regeneration doesn't have a duration, but instead a constant rate which replenishes Health/Essence when needed.
Certain consumables also provide Additional Effects, in the form of a buff to certain character stats or Attributes. These bonuses always last for 300 seconds (5 minutes), which can be extended to 360 seconds (6 minutes) with the ranger passive Survivalist.
Multiple bonuses stack their effects if they are from different sources, for example eating two different foods which provide +2 Might will grant you +4. If they are from the same source, for example, by consuming multiple of the same item, only their duration will stack.
Consumables are categorized by their type, and include the following:
- Potion
- Raw Meat
- Raw Fish
- Cooked Meat
- Cooked Fish
- Drink
- Drink (Alcoholic)
- Produce (Fruit)
- Produce (Vegetable)
- Produce (Grain & Filler)
- Honey
- Mushroom
- Ingredients (Animal Product)
- Prepared Food
- Rotten Food
