Avowed throwables

Throwables are a type of item in Avowed, that can be thrown in order to apply an elemental effect to enemies, allies, or the environment in an area from a distance. This includes direct AoE damage or causing a hazard on the target area.

Throwables are often used during exploration to bypass barriers and uncover secrets.

Usage

One type of throwable may be equipped at a time by selecting it in the Action Radial, opened by pressing E. An equipped throwable can be thrown by pressing and holding Q, then either releasing it to throw or pressing F to cancel the throw.

List of throwables

Throwable	Element	Usage
Electric Lily Seed	Shock	Energizes Godless Sigils, thereby activating whatever is on the other end.
Eye of Rymrgand	Freeze	Freezes the surface of bodies of water, creating a path to walk over. Certain rock formations in the ocean may only be accessed by freezing a path to them. Weakens metal bars and grates, which can then be hit to break them.
Grenade	Physical	Breaks destructible walls and barriers.
Magran's Fury	Burn	Avowed's equivalent of a molotov cocktail. Can be used to burn brambles, or set spider webs alight.
