Cevestin is a contract killer in The White March - Part II. He can be found in the Dyrford Mill in Dyrford Village during Bleak Oath.

An opportunistic, sadistic Bleak Walker (and that's saying something), Cevestin has recently "accepted" a contract to take out a poor fishing family... After coaxing a dwarf under the name of Kern to do so after one too many ales.
