Cwineth is a member of a looting expedition in Pillars of Eternity.
She can be found in The Celestial Sapling in the Hearthsong district of Twin Elms. After starting her quest, At the Mercy of the Tribes, she meets you in Northweald, on the southern central edge of the area. After the completion of the quest, she may be found in Admeth's Den.

A slender woman in dusty leathers locks eyes with you. Her unkempt hair sprouts in wavy black tufts. Despite the fine features that sculpt her face, a cleft chin completes her boyish appearance.
Her expedition set out from Defiance Bay to look for potentially valuable historic artifacts left behind on the battlefields of the War of Black Trees in Glanfathan territory.
The Glanfathans don't take kindly to this kind of intrusion and looting, especially near Engwithan ruins which they consider holy. A hunting party of the Fangs, a fanatical Glanfathan faction, has tracked the expedition and surrounded them in Northweald with the intention to fight and kill them. Cwineth escaped their notice thanks to being on a far patrol, but rather than turning tail and fleeing, she decided to look for anyone willing to help at the nearest inn... In Hearthsong.
