A Vailian sailor down on his luck, Degnos needs to find his satchel in the luminous bathhouse, but without his captain present, the guards consider him little more than a thief. He loiters outside, trying to find someone who can help him. Of course, once you talk to the proprietor, he will reveal that Degnos tried to sneak into one of the rooms, telling a sob story in a lame attempt to avoid a ban.
