Delem is a character in Pillars of Eternity. He can be found in Oldsong, west of the entrance to Galawain's Maw.

The chanter of Oldsong, Delem is responsible for entertaining and education people of the district, but the recent occurrences at Noonfrost resulted in the crowds thinning out. He believes that by eating rare songbirds, he can counter the chill coming from the temple.
