Desthwn is a character in Pillars of Eternity. He can be found in the lobby area of Galawain's Maw in the Oldsong district of Twin Elms.

A wiry elven man paces the cavern, his face etched with worry lines and his hand irritably thumping his hip. He looks up at you, and his exasperation deepens.
Desthwn is the current leader of the Fangs, locked in a difficult situation as the usual succession ritual for the apex predator of the Maw cannot be carried out due to the reluctance on part of Sul to confront Oernos, the challenger. He can't break the stalemate on his own, as the Fangs are split evenly in their support for either predator.
