Notes

• There is no separate roll for the additional effect to procure. So after every weapon hit (or crit), the Disorienting effect will be automatically applied to target. In other words, the effect cannot "miss" – which also means that it cannot graze nor crit.
• However, the final length of the Disorienting effect is affected by attacker's Intellect.
