Endless Paths of Od Nua Level 10 is an area in Pillars of Eternity, and the tenth floor of the Endless Paths of Od Nua.
Background[ | ]
The depths of the Endless Paths are not in a good shape. A large part of this level has collapsed and lost to spiders.
Points of interest[ | ]
- The area is dominated by the vithrack lesser brothers, spiders, with the caverns filled with their webs. There's not much to say, other than recommending taking your time and exploring every nook and cranny. Take care in the entry room, as a large number of shades and shadows spawn the moment you set foot inside.
- The stairs to Level 11 can be found at the east edge.
- The key to the northwestern room can be found in a web sac in the southeastern part of the map. Mechanics 10 reveals a hidden stash in a web nearby containing the unique arbalest Aedrin's Wrecker.
- Once unlocked, the chamber to the northwest contains some spectres that can be dispatched and looted for the unique rod Rod of Pale Shades. A hidden container in the top left of the room contains one or two random gems, and can be revealed with at least 8 Mechanics.

Behind the scenes[ | ]
- This area contains developer commentary, however there is no way to trigger it in-game.
“
Level 10 was intended to be a very small transition area between the Engwithan ruins above, and the caverns in the next few levels. The idea is that this section of the Endless Paths collapsed in on itself and the spiders subsequently burrowed up looking for food. It's a pretty simple little area, but it actually ended up a good place to test things like enemy shout ranges and perception distance. For a little while you could aggro the first group of spiders and have everything in the level come running for you.
