Exceptional Arbalest is a weapon in Pillars of Eternity. It is a version of the normal arbalest with the exceptional weapon enchantment.

Arbalests are heavy crossbows with exceptionally high power. They must be hand-cranked before loading, so they have a slow rate of fire.
