Fireball is an active wizard ability in Avowed, learnable at level 5 from the wizard ability tree. It can be upgraded at levels 8 and 10.
To cast Fireball, you can equip a grimoire containing the ability at level 5 or higher. Alternatively, if you've reached Grimoire Mastery Rank 1 and own a grimoire with this ability, you can purchase it directly from the wizard ability tree, allowing you to cast it without a grimoire equipped. Purchased spells cast from a grimoire are cast at one Rank higher.
