Flooded Cave is a location in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. It is located on an island in the Ofecchia Channel, in the far northeastern corner of the map, and at the coordinates 4° 27′ S, 65° 17′ E.

As you traverse the island, you arrive at an area that appears to be untouched by kith hands.
Lush plants grow in riotous abundance around the entrances to several caves, and you can hear the sounds of animals and insects over the crash of waves on the beach behind you.When you walk closer, however, you notice that one of the cave entrances is too uniformly structured to have been created by nature alone.
Inspecting it reveals a doorway carved into the aperture of the cave, though a door no longer stands there now.
Points of interest[ | ]
- This is a large cave filled with vessels controlled by an ancient battlemage lich. Wiping them out is perfectly doable, with the best results obtained by luring them away from the lich's spires and fighting them near the entrance.
- There is a sigil of pain in the cabinet nearest to the spire of pain, making it convenient to sneak to the cabinet first, then use the sigil to begin combat. Or, you can target the pillar with a long range attack, taking it out first before dealing with the denizens.
