Fungal Fertilizer is a quest item in The Forgotten Sanctum.

Description

Carefully converted from a potent fungicide, this mixture should make your mushroom the envy of your friends.

Acquisition

• Converted from Fungicide by passing an Alchemy 17 skill check.

Quest

• Can be given to the Giant Luminescent Spore, encountered as part of Annotated History and Root and Branch, for a peaceful outcome with the spore.
  • "You don't need me to grow. This will do."

Uses

• If the fungus present on the chemistry table has not already been picked up, the fertilizer may be applied to it. You will get 5x Huona Mahe.
• If you didn't convert the fungicide into a fertilizer during your first interaction, you can also return later to do so.

Note: This is based on being able to interact with the table after 'Leave'. Have not tried to progress in the quests, and then return later.

• Unlike the Fungicide, the fertilizer can not be applied to the Spore Colony Mycelium, in the Central Stacks.
• You can, however, give it to the Giant Luminescent Spore, encountered in the Quarantined Section.
