The glassy-eyed gentleman before you bears the miserable expression of the recently sober. He also smells like he's been pickling in a cask for a few days.
Galian is the captain of the Peregrine, a ship recently smashed to pieces by the storms that have battered the Port Maje coast. His ship now rests at the bottom of the harbor, and he's turned to drink to drown his sorrows. However, he's been enjoying Thorel's hospitality a bit too much and the tavern keeper wants him gone - peacefully, if possible.
