The shopkeeper's clothes seem a little nicer - if not terribly warm - compared to what you've seen around Stalwart. His hair is immaculately coiffed, and his rosy cheeks look like they've barely been touched by the mountain winds.
Hamon is a classic example of a slippery snake, selling cheap goods at inflated prices to the people of Stalwart who haven't seen anything better in a long, long while.
