Harmke is a woodcutter in The White March - Part I. He can be found in the Woodcutter's Grove in the north-east part of Russetwood during The One that Got Away.

The elven man emerges into the clearing and freezes, staring at the Devil of Caroc. For an elf, he's tall and rangy, with a weather-beaten face beneath stringy, greasy hair.
Harmke is a citizen of Stalwart. In the days after the Saint's War, he participated in purges together with many other Dyrwoodans, but he's ashamed of it and won't speak about it.

- The One that Got Away: You can seek out Harmke, read his soul, and confront him about his participation in a purge where he burned down the Devil's house and family when she was a child. You can let her kill him, or let him walk away. If you decide to confront him, he and his party of woodcutters will attack, but none of them drops anything of worth besides a few coppers.
