Ingroed is a citizen of Gilded Vale.
Background
Ingroed was the wife of Perly, another denized of Gilded Vale. By her statement, she was the victim of domestic violence perpetrated by Perly, who was as much a beast as the bear that consumed him. She and Nonton organized the little feast, in fact, ensuring that Perly would wind up on the ursine's platter. Now they're preparing to flee the Vale for Defiance Bay.
