Since it's considered to be a passive effect, the +10 accuracy buff of Inspiring Radiance will stack with all other accuracy buffs, making it extremely useful despite its rel. short duration. It will even stack with other Inspiring Radiances (if you have more than one Priest in your party). For example six Priests could casts 6 Holy Radiances, giving the party +60 full stackable accuracy.
