Additionally, Interdiction can be further upgraded by learning Painful Interdiction, a priest talent:
- Target: Weakened for 9.0 sec

- Empowered Interdiction only gives the +10
buff to original Interdiction's accuracy, but not to the Painful Interdiction's weakening effect.[1]
