Iron Gut is a task in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

Synopsis

"Iron Gut" Pietro swallowed a valuable gemstone - Ngati's Black Tear - to avoid its theft, but now he's unable to pass it through his system. I've offered to help him "retrieve" the stone.

Walkthrough

• Talk to Rosanella at the Radiant Court about a medicinal concoction that might help Pietro purge the gemstone he swallowed. She will provide a list of the ingredients for Ondra's Bile - a Rotten Hagfish, an Unripened Palm Stone, and a vial of Fire Kelp Extract. The stuff will keep him going from both ends for a week or two, but is guaranteed to work.
  • The rotten hagfish can be found in one of the crates at Lifter's Refuge, at the far northeast corner.
  • The unripened palm stone is sold by (or stolen from) a merchant, Birna in Radiant Court.
  • The fire kelp extract is sold by Jacob Harker for 250 in The King's Coffin, you can also steal it from him.
• Bring all of the ingredients to Pietro and make him throw them up.
