Larha is the merchant and armorer of the Fangs, and a particularly conservative member of Twin Elms' community. She believes that the Glamfellen elves who recently entered Noonfrost are up to no good and sent her sister, Alwah, to investigate. She didn't get back to her and Larha is growing anxious.
