Soulbound weapons are always implicit beneficiaries of various weapon talents and abilities, for example Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization, Weapon Mastery, The Pallid Hand, Inspired Flame, Hope Eternal, Prey on the Weak, and Incomprehensible Revelation.
