Maxim's Claim is a subregion of Emerald Stair in Avowed.
Background[]
The Claim makes up the area southeast of Fior mes Ivèrno, and is a corridor of travel from both the coast and from Dawnshore. The region is bounded by the river to the west, the edge of the region to the east, the coast to the south, and the city to the northwest. The region ends partway into the wilds to the northeast, where the farmlands become wilderness.
The lands are named after Maxim Vidarro, founder of Fior and follower of Skaen, who journeyed from The Vailian Republics with a group of the best animancers in Spirento, after he was cheated out of a title he was to inherit.
