This ship is encountered just outside Sayuka during A Sorcerer and a Gentleman, after speaking with Remaro on Sayuka, assuming you didn't kill Malnaj when she confronts you in Neketaka. The ship immediately tracks you down, and cannot be engaged in ship combat.
