Morug is an ogre merchant that can be found in Russetwood in The White March - Part I.
He can be found just a little east from the entrance to Flames-That-Whisper Caverns in Russetwood. He will appear after finishing The Ogre Matron main quest if the player stays friendly with Flames-That-Whisper ogre clan, and if less than 3 groups of ogres were killed on the way to Beregan.
