Usage[]
- Talk to Izzia in Marihi's Metalwork, Periki's Overlook to combine this item with either [SSS] Tooth of Toamowhai or [FS] Weight of Revelation to create the [SSS] Chain of Rightful Authority, which can then be combined with the remaining piece to create the [FS] Crown of the Exiled Queen. Otherwise you can combine all three (hope, tooth, and weight) to create the crown directly.
