Okrun is a villager in Stalwart in The White March - Part I. He can be found standing outside of the Temple of Ondra in Stalwart Village, after a cutscene that triggers upon approaching the temple.
Background
A dwarf paces with his head down and arms crossed, only stopping to hurl glances at the building behind him. His face is smeared dark with grime, and soot falls from his beard as he mumbles to himself.
Okrun settled in Stalwart looking for a new beginning and forgiveness, but wound up entangled in the business of Ondra's Giftbearers. He gave away his heirlooms, hoping to let go of the past, but made the critical mistake of handing over a medallion that's the last memento of his own sister. His second thoughts aren't enough for the Ondra's priests to return the locket...
