This enchantment reduces negative effect duration on the enemy when they're hit with Street Sweeper, effectively helping them out in combat. However, if you target allies instead, it can be used to remove negative effects from them, at the cost of their health in damage dealt. This can be especially useful for clearing long-term Intellect Afflictions such as Confused, Charmed and Dominated.[1]
