Peregund is a merchant in Pillars of Eternity. She can be found first at Madhmr Bridge, and then in the market square in the Copperlane district of Defiance Bay.

An orlan trader waylaid by the collapse of Madhmr Bridge, Peregund sought to make a little extra coin and help others reach Defiance Bay by establishing a ferry service. However, a rogue wave dashed her hopes along with the ferry. To make things worse, when she attempted to pick through the wreckage and salvage what little she can to recoup her losses, a gang of looters under Hanwen drove her away. She's forced to bide her time and figure out a way to get enough of her goods back to afford returning to the Bay.
