Pitli's sanctuary is a location in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

A makeshift infirmary of sorts, treating the sick and feeble Roparu of the Gullet.
Recently, a spike in cases of drowner's lung has forced Pitli to hide the sickly to keep the illness (and the gossip) from spreading, lest the higher-ups find out and send them straight to the Old City.
Points of interest[ | ]
- Approaching the back room will trigger a cutscene where Pitli begs you not to tell anyone about the ill Roparu she is hiding.
- Two containers in the area contain minor loot, including a Potion of Deftness and a Potion of Merciless Gaze
