Pyrite is an ingredient in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

Description[]

Pyrite's lustrous appearance has given it the moniker "gilded folly," though it shares none of gold's malleability or value. It sparks when struck against steel, however, making it invaluable as an ignition source.

Acquisition[]

Serpent's Crown: Sold by Una occasionally. She only appears in the daytime.
The Treasure Trove: Sold by Dimesa occasionally.
Maje Island, Whakura Pass: Dropped from the xaurips if you kill them.
Queen's Berth District Home: In a locked (Difficulty 11) chest in the home near The Wild Mare (3x).
