Rahi Pods

Rahi Pods is an ingredient in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

Description[]

These bright red pods grow wild in wetlands and tropical forests. In order to germinate, the seeds must be burned. Rahi pods secrete an oil that will self-ignite given proper conditions. During the wet season, small "rahi fires" are common. The inherent danger of these natural conflagrations is mitigated by constant rainfall. The rahi seed clusters are mildly toxic and are mostly utilized for producing Mouth Char, a local narcotic.
