Rakara is a character in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

A gaunt Roparu woman grabs for your leg. She paws at you with a weak grip, fingers bone-thin and trembling.

A gaunt aumaua woman with irises as green as the sea. Known only as "Beggar", Rakara is one of many nameless Roparu who suffer in silence beneath the heels of the Mataru of Huana. She is on the verge of starvation, reduced to begging for scraps in the streets of the Gullet.
