Remaro's Head is a quest item in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

Remaro was wanted by the Príncipi for his crimes. Proof of his death will surely be rewarded.
Acquisition[ | ]
- Obtained during the quest A Sorcerer and a Gentleman, should you choose to kill Remaro.
Usage[ | ]
- May be returned to Udita in Lifter's Refuge, Dunnage for
4,000. - Otherwise you can give it to Malnaj (who can be encountered at random on her ship Misery's Delight) for moderate positive reputation with Príncipi sen Patrena. Doing so will trigger a reaction from Pallegina, and adds an addendum to the journal.
