Rinco is a character in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.
The figure in the bed is a young Vailian man. The first thing you notice is that he seems to have been severely beaten. One eye is nearly swollen shut, and where his skin is revealed it is a patchwork of livid bruises.
He groans and winces as he props himself up, glaring up at you with one good eye.
Rinco had the misfortune of coming across Mokeha, a local Mataru, who took a liking to the money in his pocket. His night of good luck ended as she pummeled him senselessly, then made off with his pouch.
Torri, Rinco's son, is keeping him company while he recovers. Rinco's wife, Zaneta, is a researcher at the Engwithan Dig Site.
