Royse is a villager of Stalwart in The White March - Part II.
She can be found in Stalwart Village, just south of the Hot Springs in the center of the map, once you've started the White March Part II story-line.

She is the mother of Mylla and wife of Lödgar, currently trying to figure out just where her daughter ran off to.
