Channels the merciful sacrifice of Saint Omaku. Aura increases nearby allies' Action Speed. Bonus increases as the wielder loses Health.

- The action speed bonus is calculated with the formula:
(Normalized health * -0.15) + 1.15. At 100% Health, no Action Speed is granted. For every 20% of Health lost, an additional +3% is granted. At 0% Health, +15% is granted.
