Static Thunder is a unique enchantment in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. It is applied to Lord Darryn's Voulge, a soulbound pollaxe.

Effects

• On Hit (includes Graze and Crit), applies a stacking effect to an enemy. On Crit, all enemies in an AoE will lose all stacks and take +10 Shock damage for every stack. Enemies in the AoE will become Disoriented for 10.0 sec.

Notes

• The trigger and affliction effect applies to all enemies (including the target) in a 5m radius around the target that have one or more stacks of Static Thunder.
