Stunning

Stunning is a unique enchantment in Pillars of Eternity.

It cannot be applied to items, but the enchantment can be found on unique equipment throughout Eora.

The "can Stun" description really means what it says: there is a separate Fortitude roll being done after every weapon crit. So even if the weapon itself does a crit, it can still "miss" with its additional Stun effect. However, the additional effect can also graze or crit, which will then affect its duration (1.0 sec or 3.0 sec, respectively).^[1]
The final length of the Stunning effect is affected by attacker's Intellect.
