Use to display a link with a 20x20px icon next to it.

Parameters
Named or unnamed parameters (e.g. {{{1|}}}) may be used, but they should not be mixed.
1 or icon
- File name of the icon to use.
2 or link
- Name of the page to link to.
3 or label (optional)
- Link label to use instead of the page name.
