The Hall of Revealed Mysteries is a building with dual purposes: It is both the largest and most expansive library in the Dyrwood, and a temple dedicated to Wael, the god of mysteries. It is through the collection of knowledge and its dissemination that the priests of Wael unravel and preserve the mysteries of the world. It holds books on a diverse range of subjects, including Glanfathan mathematics and geometry, Old Vailian history, travels of Erol Levi, and more.
The Hall is the site of the Elder Archives, a place where the most powerful and most controversial texts in Dyrwood are stored, under close watch from the priest of Wael.
Points of interest
- The main hall of the Hall is filled with book shelves allowing you to catch up on reading. Fexa mans the front desk, with High Archivist Grimda in the back.
- The room to the northwest contains the Elder Archives that are not accessible to the general population without the archivist's consent. The door itself is locked (Difficulty 5, or by using the Key to the Elder Archive) and well guarded, though you can safely enter the room as long as you're in scouting mode, regardless of if you're visible to the nearby NPC. There you can find the book wanted by Nedyn.
- Fexa: The receptionist and administrator.
- Grimda: The High Archivist of the temple. She will ask for help retrieving a scroll.

- Aloth: "I'd wager there are more than a few banned books in here."
- Kana Rua: "I could while away hours in here. If we had the time, of course. ...Do we?"
- Hiravias: "Books hold so many answers, yet you cannot merely ask them a question aloud. You must pore through the pages and hunt for knowledge yourself. I like to think of libraries as way shrines to Wael."
- Durance: "All these pages serve no better use than fuel for the fire."

This added an extra level of complication to the halls since there were other quests that required the player to get inside, so we ultimately decided to drop the whole token thing and only keep a certain area of the hall locked away.||”|
