Acquisition

• Restricted Section: In the small alcove just north of the southern stairs to the Central Stacks.

Quest

• Put on its lectern in the northwestern part of the Restricted Section. Activate the device to open the door leading to the western stairs to the Central Stacks.
• Correct lectern (4th from the left): "They built an empire founded on compassion and were crushed for their audacity."
• The books needed are History of Eora volumes V, VII, IX and X.
