Walkthrough

• You can find the Finger of the Exiled Queen near the Woedica statue on the fourth floor of Oathbinder's Sanctum, in the court room where you can rescue Oswald from the Woedican Steel Garrote cultists.

Trivia

• Journal entry 10003 incorrectly states that the Watcher retrieved the finger from the "highest floor" of Oathbinder's Sanctum. The fourth floor is actually the lowest floor, since you start at the top of the pyramid (Level 1) and work your way down.
