The Torn Bannermen are a mercenary company present in The White March - Part I and Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

The Bannermen don't have any loyalties towards any particular faction, only to those with the deepest pockets. They employ a variety of siege tactics, including the use of trebuchets and battering rams, and their operations are often extremely thorough, planned, and costly affairs. Their ranks are numbered in the hundreds, an evenly distributed mix of fighters, paladins, archers, sorcerers, and even the odd wilder.
Sieges[ | ]
- Led by Commander Baelorin, the Bannermen were hired by the archmage Llengrath to lay siege to Crägholdt and retrieve a powerful magical artifact known as the Engwithan Phylactery.
- Later, in an ironic twist, the Bannermen were hired by Concelhaut to recover Bekarna's research from her observatory in the Deadfire Archipelago. This time they were led by Carset.
