Tumara is a character in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire.

She stands outside of Arkemyr's Manor in Periki's Overlook, and then in front of the Imperial Command at The Brass Citadel after starting The Archmage's Vault.

Background

Tumara is a Rauataian sailor who came to Arkemyr to negotiate for a Huana tablet, the Harapo Epic, in order to reclaim it for Rauatai. She helps to finance some of the Rauataian expeditions around the isles, and as such has an ear close to the ground.
